ON HUMANITARIAN SYSTEM TODAY

28th September, 2017, Paul Spiegel, MD, Prof. of International Health, Johns Hopkins School of Pub. Health, said: "Humanitarian system is not only broke but broken". I think, after experiencing humanitarian situation in BiH we can say: "Humanitarian system is not only broken but degenerated".
